CHOPPED BEEF AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pkg. flat noodles, cooked
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 (11 oz.) can tomato soup
Dash pepper

Line greased casserole dish with noodles. Fry onion, celery and green peppers until golden brown, then add meat and fry until meat looks grey. Add soy sauce and tomato soup, heat all together until boiling point and pour over noodles. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
