CHOPPED BEEF CASSEROLE DIP 
2 1/2 oz. chipped beef (Budding)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. parsley
Chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients except nuts. Sprinkle nuts over mixture. Bake in a covered casserole dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (20-25 minutes if recipe is doubled).
