2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and serve with crackers of your choice.
