CHICKEN WITH MUSTARD GLAZE 
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (3 lb.) cut up fryer

Combine all ingredients and coat chicken. Cover and let stand for 2 hours or more. Grill until outside is crispy and chicken is well done. Baste once with sauce while cooking.
