PARTY CHICKEN 
4 to 6 pieces chicken
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
6 tbsp. butter

GLAZE:

1/2 c. minced onion
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. catsup
1 can condensed beef broth
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Put chicken in flour mixture. Roll chicken in melted butter. Arrange in baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.

Mix all glaze ingredients. Put half of glaze on chicken and bake 20 minutes. Add remaining glaze and bake 20 more minutes. Serve on hot rice. 4 servings.
