GLAZED CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 (8 oz.) chicken breasts
1/2 c. applesauce (no sugar)
1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. grated ginger or 1/4 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Discard skin from chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 2 servings. 4 oz. protein, 1/2 serving fruit. Yield: 2 servings.
