BEER BISCUITS 
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. beer
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix and pour into greased or paper-lined muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

NOTE: These rolls go very well with the "cheesy ham casserole." They have a crispy exterior and a delicious flavor that no one would ever guess came from beer!
