FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. green pepper, chopped fine
2 carrots, shredded
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix first 4 ingredients; let set for 1 hour. Squeeze excess liquid out and let drain. Over medium heat bring next 5 ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, let cool. Combine shredded vegetables with liquid; mix well. Pack into freezer containers, freeze. Will keep for 1 year in freezer.
