1 head cabbage, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. celery salt or seed
1 tsp. mustard

May add carrots or peppers if desired. Boil all ingredients and pour over chopped cabbage.
