FREEZER COLESLAW 
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped fine

Add salt to cabbage and let stand one hour; while cabbage is standing, make a syrup of vinegar, sugar, and water. Add celery and mustard seed; boil for one minute. Let stand until lukewarm. Squeeze water out of cabbage; pour syrup over cabbage and stir. Put in containers and freeze. Can be refrozen.
