3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. beer, room temperature

Combine Bisquick and sugar, pour in beer and stir all ingredients until moistened. Pour into greased muffin pan. Makes 12. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
