HELOISE'S BEER BISCUITS 
4 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can of beer, room temperature

Mix and bake the biscuits as your normally do when using a prepared mix. If you make your own biscuits from scratch, do so as usual but use beer in place of liquid called for in the recipe. Don't forget to add sugar in the amount called for above.

If you only need a few biscuits, cut the recipe in half.

These will turn a plain meal into something special morning, noon, or night.
