1 c. oil
1/3 c. to 1/2 c. vinegar
1 to 3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Place ingredients in a jar and shake well. Chill several hours, remove garlic. Spice it up! Add:

2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
