1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. flour

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Spread in greased pan, 9x13. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
