HAM DINNER 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (4 med.)
4 c. thinly sliced carrots (1 bag)
1 c. finely chopped onions (2 med.)
1 1/2 lbs. ham (cubes or slices)

Using a 10 inch skillet, prepare white sauce with first five ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently with white sauce. Cover and cook on simmer (185 to 200 degrees) for 1 hour.
