CHAMPAGNE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cream cheese and sugar. Mix together pineapple and strawberries with juice. Add cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in 9x13 inch pan or glass bowl. Freeze solid to serve. Thaw slightly and cut into squares.
