BROILED HAWAIIAN FISH FILLETS 
1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lb. white fish fillet
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced

Marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes, turning once. Reserve sauce. Broil fish 5 inches from heat for 4 minutes, turn. Baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes longer. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.

Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar and ginger and garlic together for the sauce. Serves 4.
