6 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2-4 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c.oleo
1 tsp. cinnamon
Small marshmallows
Pecans

1. Cook, drain, peel and cut sweet potatoes.

2. Mash, mix butter with mixer.

3. Add orange peel, juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.

4. Pour into casserole, top with small marshmallows and nuts.

5. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
