JPS BAKED VEGAN MEATLESS BALLS 
8 oz Cedar’s Red Pepper Hummus
½ small diced or minced sweet onion
½ 8 oz can LeSuer Peas, mashed
2 oz diced or minced fresh mushrooms
1 cuplet Idahoan Mashed Potato Powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Gravy Master
½ tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, to your taste

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

Using first four ingredients, mix well in a bowl. Add water to mashed potato powder to the line in the cuplet. Add all seasonings to the cuplet and stir. Add uncooked potato mixture to hummus mixture and blend well.

Form into 16-18 small balls, about 1 inch. Place balls into mini muffin pan or cookie sheet pre-treated with cooking spray.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce and pasta or vegan gravy and yolkless noodles.
