PINEAPPLE MEAT LOAF 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 tbsp. catsup
1 lb. ground chuck
2 slices bread, crumbed
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. soy sauce

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice, add 1 tablespoon catsup to the reserved juice, mixing well. Set aside. Combine drained pineapple, remaining catsup and remaining ingredients. Shape into 8"x5" loaf on rack. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and brush with reserved pineapple juice mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
