MINCE MEAT 
5 qts. apples
1 1/2 lbs. raisins
6 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 qts. ground beef or pork
1 1/2 c. strong vinegar
2 qts. beef broth (fat and salt)
2 tsp. cloves
2 qts. blue plum juice

Cook slowly until apples are done, put in sterilized jars and seal while hot.
