POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 boxes hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Corn flake crumbs

Combine all ingredients. Save 1/4 cup butter and cheese for topping. Put in buttered baking dish. Pour remaining butter over top. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
