1 chicken, cooked & deboned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter

Crush 1/2 box crackers and line bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish, spread chicken on top. Mix soups, sour cream and chestnuts in bowl. Spread on top of chicken. Melt butter and pour on top after you have put other half of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
