OVEN SPARERIBS 
3 to 4 lb. pork spareribs
1/2 c. ketchup (or chili sauce)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash hot pepper sauce

Cut spareribs in serving size pieces. Place in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook gently about 45 minutes or until tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned and heated through. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Good and easy!
