DUMPLINGS FOR STEW (Top of
Stove)
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped parsley (or flakes)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg, beat slightly

Mix only until blended. Drop by spoonful onto stew. Cover for 15 minutes or until done.
