MIXED CALICO VEGETABLES 
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
2 sm. onions, minced
1 c. celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard

Cook frozen mixed vegetables, according to package directions. Cool. Combine onions, celery, green pepper and kidney beans with cooled vegetables. Combine sugar, flour, vinegar, salt and mustard in small saucepan and cook until clear. Add to vegetables and refrigerate before serving.
