BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 slices bread
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper

Mix milk, eggs, dry mustard, salt, dash of pepper. Tear bread and lay on bottom of large baking dish. Brown sausage and sprinkle over bread, then pour milk mixture over this. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

(This freezes well before cooking and can be thawed and cooked when needed.)
