PLANTAIN CHIPS 
3 green plantains
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. salt
Vegetable oil

Peel the plantains. Shred the plantains into a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Scoop it out in a tablespoon size to form a patty. Deep fry until it's golden. Once golden, remove from the golden pan and sit on paper towel until they are dry. Sprinkle them with a little bit of salt.
