BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Kool-Aid (grape, cherry or raspberry)

Mix beet juice, lemon juice and Sure-Jell. Bring to a boil. Add sugar. Stir and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes or until it jells. Remove from heat and add Kool-Aid. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
