BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
3 tsp. lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. grape Kool-Aid
1 box Certo crystals

Combine beet and lemon juice, Certo and Kool-Aid. Bring to a boil, add sugar. Stir and return to a boil x 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off any foam and seal in sterilized jars.
