BEET KOOL - AID JELLY 
4 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. powder pectin
1 pkg. cherry or grape Kool Aid
6 c. sugar

Wash beets and cook until done (or use juice from canned beets). Cool and remove beets and save juice. Boil beet juice, lemon juice, pectin and Kool Aid for 1 minute. Add sugar and boil 4 minutes or until mixture coats spoon. Pour into jars and seal. Do not use pre-sweetened Kool Aid.
