LIGHT POTATO SALAD | |
1 lb. 2 oz. peeled, cooked potatoes, cubed and chilled 1 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. finely chopped red onion 1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1/4 c. Weight Watchers reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. granulated sugar Dash of salt Dash of white pepper Combine potatoes, celery and onion, set aside. In small bowl, combine yogurt and remaining ingredients. Add to potato mixture, stir to coat. Cover, chill at least 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. 197 calories per serving, 6 grams fat, 7 milligrams cholesterol. |
