RASPBERRY YOGURT SALAD MOLD | |
1/2 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry Jello 1 tbsp. lemon juice 6 pkgs. Equal 2 (8 oz.) cartons Weight Watcher's raspberry yogurt Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice. Cool. Stir together in bowl Equal and yogurt with wire whisk until smooth. Gradually add Jello until blended. Pour into 3 cup mold. Chill. Garnish with fresh fruit. |
