BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET 
5-6 lb. beef brisket
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
1 (3 1/2 oz.) bottle liquid smoke

Sprinkle all sides of brisket generously with the garlic salt, onion salt, and celery salt. Place brisket in glass dish, pour liquid smoke on meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day: salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce. Sprinkle meat with above ingredients and bake at 250 to 275 degrees for 5-6 hours. Then pour barbecue sauce over meat. Bake uncovered for 1 hour more. Serves 12-15.
