BARBECUED CHICKEN THIGHS 
4 lbs. thighs
1/2 clove garlic
1 inch ginger root
1/2 c. shoyu
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. mirin or wine
1 tbsp. salt

Blend above ingredients together and soak chicken overnight. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
