BARBECUED CHICKEN THIGHS 
2 pkgs. chicken thighs (about 8) or 1 cut up fryer
1 sm. bottle Coke (6 1/2 oz.)
Salt
1 c. catsup

Lay chicken in 10 inch ceramic baking dish with lid, skin side up. Pour cola over chicken and cover skillet. Place in microwave oven. Cook 15 minutes, turning chicken over after each 5 minutes.

Pour off all liquid except 1/2 cup. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Pour catsup over chicken. Cook 10 minutes without cover. Turn dish after 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
