BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices bread
10 oz. sharp cheese, cubed
4 tbsp. melted butter
6-8 eggs
1 lb. sausages, cooked
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)

Grease 9"x13" casserole. Cube bread and put in dish. Top with cubed cheese and cut up cooked sausages. Beat eggs; add milk, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over all. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in the morning for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great for overnight guests! Serves 6 to 8.
