CRESCENT AND SAUSAGE CHEESE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) (10 count) brown and serve sausages, thawed and sliced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles and place in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Place sliced sausages over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until deep golden brown. Slice into squares to serve. Serves 5-6.
