TEXAS HOT RELISH 
12 lg. ripe tomatoes
3 jalapeno peppers
3 sweet peppers
4 reg. onions
1 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Cut up and cook all together until peppers and onions are tender. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Makes a good sweet relish by omitting the jalapenos.
