BLACK CURRANT TEA 
1 black currant tea bag
1 c. water (cold)
2 tsp. sugar or artificial sweetener
2 tbsp. half & half or evaporated milk

In large microwave-safe mug, place tea bag and water. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes; remove tea bag. Add sugar and cream (or milk); stir well. Smells heavenly, tastes delicious, nice at 4 p.m. on cold winter day!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
