EASY CHERRY OR BLUEBERRY
CUPCAKES
 
1 pkg. white or chocolate cake mix (I use Betty Crocker)
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (20 oz.) can cherry or blueberry pie filling (Comstock)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Prepare cupcake batter as directed and fill lined cupcake trays, put into oven and bake as directed, pull out of oven after 8 minutes.

Generously spoon 4-5 berries into the cupcakes and continue baking for the rest of the time. Cupcakes should have the filling sitting on a well in the top of the cupcake.

Cool cupcakes and top with Cool Whip as you serve them. Do not leave the Cool Whip on the cupcake because it will melt.
