SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. green pepper, minced
1/2 c. green peas
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. salsa
1 lb. lg. shrimp, shelled and broiled
2 c. brown rice, cooked

Use no-stick olive oil cooking spray to coat a large skillet. Saute 1 pressed clove garlic, 1/2 cup minced green pepper, 1/2 cup green peas, 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1 pound shrimp. Heat quickly. Pour over rice. 4 servings. 203 calories each.
