ELSA'S SANDWICHES 
Shaved low-fat ham
Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Whole wheat buns
1/4 c. softened butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. mustard
Minced onion

Mix butter, poppy seeds, mustard and onion. Spread on both sides of buns. Add shaved ham and shredded cheese. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. May be made ahead and frozen. Adjust butter mixture according to number of sandwiches. Longtime family favorite. Great for big family gatherings.
