AMY'S LEMON BARS 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder and butter until crumbly. Press half into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix first 2 ingredients together; put over crust and crumble remaining crust over top.
