AMY'S QUICK AND EASY B-B-Q | |
1 lb. ground beef 18 oz. barbeque sauce (preferably hickory flavored) 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard 1 tbsp. minced onion or garlic 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 1 sm. green pepper, diced 1/2 med. onion, diced Brown ground beef at medium heat and drain fat. Add barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper and onion; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients; simmer 25 more minutes, stirring often. Eat with mashed potatoes, rice or on a roll (like a sloppy joe). Recipe can be doubled. |
