B B Q BEEF AND RICE 
10 lb. beef cubes
Barbecue sauce
6 c. rice, uncooked

Cook beef cubes until tender; drain. Add to barbecue sauce and cook in oven 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve over 1 spoon of rice.

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 (50 oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Mix together.
