BARBECUED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes 1/8 lb. ground beef 6 sm. potatoes 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 whole onions, small 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. mustard 2 c. canned peas Brown steak in skillet. Sprinkle with ground beef. Add remaining ingredients except peas and stir into a casserole. Bake, covered 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Uncover, stir in peas and bake 20 minutes more. 4 servings. |
