BASIC BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef round steak
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Measure flour - put in paper or plastic bag. Drop in beef cubes and shake to coat evenly. Combine cubes with all remaining ingredients in large casserole. Cover. Microwave on Level "8" for 10 minutes.

Reduce cooking level to "6". Microwave 30 to 40 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Time may vary according to type of microwave. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
