AMY'S MEXICAN CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans Hormel chili, no beans
3 green onions, chopped
Jalapeno peppers, to taste

Cube Velveeta. Add all other ingredients. Melt until bubbly, approximately 10-12 minutes in microwave. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
