BLUE CHEESE BROCCOLI 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 - 3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 - 10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour, cream cheese and blue cheese. Add milk and stir till mixture boils. Stir in broccoli. Place in 1 qt. casserole and top with Ritz crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
